Always in Wonderland

Lindeman’s Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile, Central Valley (2005)

Evidently, this bottle exists nowhere but in Korea, and that’s a good thing, for it is entirely forgettable–forgotten, in fact, if it were not for the notes I took while sipping. Even for the Lotte-sale price of 10,000 won ($6 if you were lucky enough to rob the ATM on Thursday when the Won plummeted against the USD), this unfortunate red punch is indistinguishable from Ocean Spray Strawberry juice. It’s not quite terrible, but I suggest one take chances on just about anything else — if you end up with a real dud, at least you’ll remember it.
